Hi I’m Jim. I have been a part of the Crossfuze Service Delivery team for 10 months now and focus on the management and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. I have been happily married for 27 years to my wife Veronica and we have two beautiful daughters, Kristen and Staci, who make us incredibly proud. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and Veronica and I love to spend time riding as often as we can.
